SAT Apr 25 : U-Bar-U Resort, Mountain Home

Busy-Birding will kick off this annual bioblitz with a talk about iNaturalist, Seek and the City Nature Challenge's history and strategies. Come for the day for free or stay the entire weekend at the resort in Mountain Home TX...just a bit north of Kerrville. The event is open to the public with an RSVP appreciated. Of course, contact them for reservations if you plan to stay overnight.

Come for the programming on Saturday or stay for the weekend and participate in the full bioblitz. The iNaturalist project opens at 4pm on Friday, and runs through Stay in the Dwight and Marie Brown Center or camp in your own tent. Food will be available for Saturday lunch or bring your own. For those staying the weekend arrive any time 4pm or later on Friday. There will be a potluck on Friday evening and other meals may be coordinated among attendees staying the weekend. Coffee, iced tea, lemonade, and water available for all.
